Coolest November In 6 Years

November 2008 at BWI-Marshall checked in with an average temperature of 45.4, a smidge below the normal of 45.5. It was the coolest November we’ve had since 2002 when the average temperature was 44.4. The month was a little drier than normal and featured a trace of snow.
